Pre-sales services: offer technical consultation concerning plastics, machinery and molds; help customers to select machine model and accessory equipment based on their products; provide constructive suggestions to customers concerning the machine layout, installation as well as mold manufacturing and selection of materials.

2. Services during sales: when our equipment arrives at the site, we will be responsible for adjusting the qualified products for our customers and illustrate the inter-relationship between the plastics, machine and mold on the spot as well as the items to be attended, and further provide the training programs for customers to run the machine.

3. After-sales services: provide the best processing parameters with our customers according to different molds; solve all kinds of difficulties concerning various processing techniques; provide customers with reasonable suggestions for the improvement of their machines and molds; launch customer training programs for technical personnel.
