In 2001, the national project for polymer processing testing instrument was taken on by National Engineering Research Center of Novel Equipment for Polymer Processing of South China University of Technology; the world’s first Dynamic Rheological testing instrument came out after breaking over ten technical difficulties within four years. Then, it was appraised to be “the initial domestic comprehensive testing instrument for polymers processing testing” by expert team from NSFC (National Natural Science Foundation of China).
In the August of 2005, a set of m Dynamic Polymer Rheological Measuring and Characterizing System were co-developed by COSMOS and National Engineering Research Center of Novel Equipment for Polymer Processing of South China University of Technology. The products possess four world-pioneered technologies and beyond ten patents. The testing function covers the most important techniques and methods for polymer processing.
