Production Capability and Equipment

Donghua Machinery Ltd. and Wuxi Grand Tech Machinery Group Ltd. subordinated to Cosmos Machinery Ltd. are two of the largest manufacturers of plastic injection moulding machines in the world. It has established large-scale production bases in Dongguan and Wuxi, and has more than 400 units/sets of diversified advanced processing and manufacturing equipment, while advanced large-scale processing center taking up more than 30 units. The Company has also equipped with other advanced equipment such as floor-type boring machines, horizontal processing center, vertical processing center, NC vertical lathe, plano-grinder and milling machine, the maximum processing stroke can reach 14 m. It can meet the requirements of production and processing of plastic injection moulding machines of the Company, but also is compatible with the processing of other products' production lines of member companies of the Group, such as blow moulding machines, rubber injection machines, NC punching machines, hydraulic presses and etc.
